Mark Troutfetter leads product development at Welltok where he oversees all software engineering efforts including architecture, prioritization, execution, quality assurance, release management, and general support. Troutfetter is a proven executor focused on building cutting-edge technologies and high-performance teams.
Prior to Welltok, Mark served as VP of Engineering for Upskill where he built an AR-focused low-code connected worker platform. Earlier in his career, Mark led engineering for Pristine (acquired by Upskill) where he designed and developed the industry-leading video collaboration solution for Smart Glasses. Before Pristine, he was a project engineer with National Instruments where he launched evolutions of embedded real-time controllers.
Matt is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, human resources & other strategic initiatives at Welltok. He has an impressive track record with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in public and private companies.
Before joining Welltok, Matt served as CFO of telecommunications company Lifesize, inc. Prior to Lifesize, he held senior finance positions at companies across the fintech, cyber security, communications and professional services industries, including Distil Networks, Inc., Xoom Corporation, OpenTable and Ernst & Young LLP.
Chaz leads Welltok’s People Team, responsible for attracting, developing and engaging a high-impact workforce dedicated to changing the way consumers experience total wellbeing. Before joining Welltok, Chaz served as the Chief Human Capital Officer for Matrix Medical Network, a healthcare services company now part of Providence Service Corporation.
Prior to Matrix, he was a human resources and enterprise services executive at TriZetto Corporation where he focused on organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Chaz served almost 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps achieving the rank of Gunnery Sergeant and completing two tours of duty in Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Jim leads the finance, legal, human capital management, security and compliance functions at Welltok. He has been an accomplished leader in the healthcare industry for close to 20 years.
Before joining Welltok, Jim served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NextGen Healthcare, Inc., a healthcare technology company offering electronic health records, financial software and services to health systems and physician groups. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for TriZetto Corporation.
Bob Fabbio is widely recognized as a visionary and serial entrepreneur. He was appointed as CEO after joining Welltok in mid-2019 as chief operating officer. Fabbio has previously functioned as a chief executive officer, board director and venture capitalist for over 30 years, with notable experience launching, growing and operating innovative, category-creating companies. He has had a transformational impact on the software, systems technology and healthcare industries, resulting in the creation of over $1.5 billion of shareholder value at time of exit.
Prior to Welltok, he was CEO of multiple middleware and SaaS healthcare IT companies including eRelevance Corporation, WhiteGlove Health, Tivoli Systems (acquired by IBM) and DAZEL Corporation (acquired by HP). He previously served as a venture partner for Austin Ventures and a Managing Director of TL Ventures Inc. where he was on a number of boards, including the active chairman of Agere Systems. He is also a partner at startup incubator Capital Factory helping young companies crystallize their business and propelling them to the next levels of success.
